Mente 20011 Its elaboration has an 11-day alcoholic fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Post-fermentation maceration of 8 days and aging in French and American oak barrels for 9 months.
Nose: The nose quickly appreciates its complexity: licorice, graphite and mature black fruits that compete with balsamic, scrubland or thyme.
Mouth: Silky, with a well-ripened tannin and perfectly integrated. Long and persistent finish in which the purity of chocolate and hazelnuts is shown.
