Varieties of grapes After 20 years of research and different reconversions of grape varieties, Pago del Blanco currently has 12 varieties, 4 white varieties and 8 red varieties. White: Airén (in glass and dry), Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Muscat of Small Grain (in espalier and drip irrigation).
